ShARE is an innovative start-up at the crossroad of education and consulting. It offers a leadership programme to university students to supplement their academic curriculum and offers corporates a new way to do consulting, build innovative business ecosystems, and access top talented individuals.
We have also developed customised programs to build a generation of young African leaders through the Presidential Programme of Excellence(PPE) and the Programme of Excellence for Women in Africa(PEWA) or PEFA in French. To date, we have students enrolled for PPE and PEWA in Togo and soon in Cote d’Ivoire for PEFA.

Role of the Deputy Country Head and Program manager
The position involves two responsibilities: deputise the Country Head in implementing and growing ShARE’s program in Togo and; manage the leadership programs (PEFA and PPE) in Togo.
Responsibilities as Deputy Country Head
- Design ShARE’s program strategy for Togo and support its implementation.
- Lead a team of staff and support their professional development.
- Manage the budget and provide periodic reports as required.
- Manage relationships with ShARE’s clients and partners in government, the private sector and development institutions to ensure the impact of programmes
- Communicate internally and with external partners to uphold ShARE’s image.
- Provide guidance and support to ShARE’s team in other countries.
Responsibilities as Program Manager
- Plan and manage the recruitment of each student cohort under the various leadership programs.
- Monitor the implementation of the programme through the ShARE learning platform
- Ensure that ShARE standards, norms, values, and ethics are upheld by the students
- Coach students to improve their communication skills and leadership presence.
- Contribute to the development of other students’ communities in the region and elsewhere.
The program manager will report to the ShARE Country Head.
Remuneration: ShARE offers a competitive salary package. Remuneration will be based on the candidate’s experience.
Requirements and application
- A Masters Degree
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience
- A successful track record in strategy development, business development, fundraising, operational management and managing teams.
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills: listening, public speaking, oral and written communication
- Proven capability to work in a multicultural environment, including sensitivity and competency in working with individuals of diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and lifestyle backgrounds
- A creative problem solver with a passion for education and developing young talent
- Fluency in French and English.
